What are the terms of the first-year offer?+
The first 20 clubs to join pay no subscription fee for their first year and get every feature. The platform fee on card payments still applies. We switch your club to the offer once it is created and remind you before the year ends; then you choose a plan or move to the free plan. Changing plans does not delete your club's data. Partner clubs may get a longer period.
What's included in the free plan?+
The Free plan has no subscription fee. It includes court bookings, member management, payments, tournaments and live scores. Card payments carry the platform fee shown with the plans. Paid plans offer additional features and higher limits.
Does PlayRendo support tennis, padel and pickleball?+
Yes. PlayRendo supports court bookings, competition formats and scoring for all three sports, including golden point and match tie-breaks in tennis and padel, and side-out and rally scoring in pickleball.
How can members pay?+
Members can pay by card in the app, through PlayRendo Payments or your club's own payment account. Clubs can also record bank transfers and payments collected in person. Each club chooses the payment methods it accepts.
Can parents manage their child's bookings and payments?+
Yes. Parents and guardians manage a child's profile, book classes and lessons, make payments and follow match scores.
Do players need to install an app?+
No. Players can use PlayRendo in a web browser without installing an app. They can also add it to their device's home screen for quicker access.
Does our club get its own website?+
Yes. Every club gets its own website at <club>.playrendo.com. The Club Plus plan also lets you use your club's own domain.
