Who can see my child's information?+
Only you, the guardians you link and the club staff whose role needs it. Only the club's welfare staff and your child's coach can open health details, and every view is logged.
Can my child access their own account?+
Yes, if you turn it on: from your club's consent age until 18, a child can have a limited login to see and follow their own matches. Children never pay or send private messages; bookings, payments and consents stay with you.
Do we need to install an app?+
No. You can use PlayRendo in your browser and add it to your phone's home screen for easier access.
Which languages does PlayRendo support?+
PlayRendo is available in English, Latvian, Spanish, Lithuanian, Estonian, German, French, Danish and Norwegian. Emails and reminders are sent in your selected language.
