How do players enter and pay?+
Players choose a division and pay by card on the tournament page. The draw appears there once it is published. Payments taken in person are recorded in the same list.
Can spectators follow scores without an account?+
Yes. The public tournament page shows the draw, the order of play and the standings. Matches scored live have spectator links that open without an account, unless a player has turned off live-score sharing; a child's match is public only with a parent's consent.
Do results change players' levels?+
Yes, once a result is confirmed: confirmed results update players' PlayRendo levels. The other side has 24 hours to confirm or dispute a result; without an answer it counts as confirmed.
Can we show the tournament on our website?+
Yes. Website blocks show your tournaments with the draw and live scores, and the booking widget can be added to a website you already have.
What are the terms of the first-year offer?+
The first 20 clubs to join pay no subscription fee for their first year and get every feature. The platform fee on card payments still applies. We switch your club to the offer once it is created and remind you before the year ends; then you choose a plan or move to the free plan. Changing plans does not delete your club's data. Partner clubs may get a longer period.
