The first 20 clubs can use PlayRendo for one year with no subscription fee and with every feature. The platform fee on card payments still applies. Our team switches your club to the offer after it is created.
Yes. Import your member list from a CSV file, then set up your courts and prices. If you use both systems during the transition, decide which system is responsible for managing bookings.
How do members pay?+
Choose PlayRendo Payments, your own Stripe account or your own account with a supported provider: Montonio, Mollie, Paysera, Klix, EveryPay, MakeCommerce or Revolut. You can also take no online payments and accept payment at the club, by bank transfer or against a monthly invoice.
Does PlayRendo replace our accountant?+
No. PlayRendo helps prepare your accounting data by creating double-entry journal entries for transactions recorded in the system, along with reports and a VAT worksheet. Your accountant reviews the data, completes the month-end close and submits the required returns.
Can we manage tennis, padel and pickleball in the same club?+
Yes. You can manage tennis, padel and pickleball in the same club, with sport-specific levels, competition formats and scoring settings, including golden point and match tie-break options, and side-out or rally scoring for pickleball.
Can our coaches use it?+
Yes. Your club's coaches can manage lessons and programmes using their assigned access. You can also partner with independent coaches and agree court access and fees.
What are the terms of the first-year offer?+
The first 20 clubs to join pay no subscription fee for their first year and get every feature. The platform fee on card payments still applies. We switch your club to the offer once it is created and remind you before the year ends; then you choose a plan or move to the free plan. Changing plans does not delete your club's data. Partner clubs may get a longer period.
