Membership fees
Offer free, monthly or annual membership, plus an optional paid supporter membership. PlayRendo sends renewal reminders to members.
Event fees
Members pay when they answer Going. On the waitlist, the fee is held on the card and charged only if a place opens. If the event is cancelled, card payments are refunded in full.
Cards or transfers
Members can pay by card in the app or by bank transfer. Import your bank statement to match received payments to your records.
Expense records with receipt photos
Record court hire, balls and prizes with a receipt photo. Review and approve the expense before reimbursing the organiser.
Accounting records for your treasurer
Every payment and refund is posted to the journal; profit and loss and the cash book are ready at any time.

Plans for clubs without courts

Start with the free plan and change plans as your needs change. Subscription prices are monthly and exclude VAT.

The first 20 clubs pay no subscription fee for their first year and get every feature.

If your club later gets its own courts, change the club type and continue with your existing member records and data. Choose annual billing on a paid plan to save the equivalent of two months' subscription fees.

The first 20 clubs can use PlayRendo for one year with no subscription fee and with every feature. The platform fee on card payments still applies. Our team switches your club to the offer after it is created.

Questions social clubs ask

We don't have our own courts. Is PlayRendo for us?

Yes. You can manage members, events, competitions and open matches without owning courts. Partnerships with sports venues let your members book courts at agreed rates.

How do members pay their fees?

Members can pay by card in the app when they join the club or sign up for an event. Organisers can also record payments received in person at check-in. Refunds follow your rules.

Can we run a ladder or a box league?

Yes. You can organise box leagues, ladders, round robins and knockout tournaments at your chosen courts. Community Plus also includes Americano and Mexicano.

Which members appear in People?

People shows adult members whose profiles are not private, and only the club's members, staff and members' guardians can open it. Members under 18 are never listed, and messages to children go through their parents or guardians.

Can several organisers manage the club?

Yes. A dedicated organiser role lets them manage members, events and competitions and publish announcements without access to club settings.

What if we get courts of our own?

Change your club type in the settings to start managing your own courts, prices and booking rules. Existing member records, activity history and accounting data are retained.
